ORANGE COUNTY SHELTERS - Orange County anticipates opening pet-friendly shelters during an emergency and reminds families to include pets in their hurricane prep plan. Pets are not allowed in General Public Shelters unless they are service animals. Pets are welcome at shelters indicated as "PET-FRIENDLY" shelters.
